DIET KILLS! NEVER EVER START ONE

been really depress lately...dunno what to do..
i miss the old me...the face and everything.
but unlike now,things changes..
i dunno what to do,duno how to control cos i think im use to the new 'diet way'
and it sux as it ruining my looks
today i almost cried after what i heard from trenna but i tried not to let the tears flow out..
but during recess when sweetheart talk to me,i can't take it anymore and i finally let it out..
i have been holding it in my heart,holding the deadly serect in my heart..
and now,i can't take it anymore..
i feel like breaking down,hanging to someone and juz cry and cry...
what can be done now?
i can't control when im at home..
what people do can only advise me..
but who can control me? no one..
i must really buck up and control in case everthing really went wrong...
