Today went with ahma to the health promotion board as she got appointment there ;D
meet her at outram park at 8pm and i was late by 5 mins! haha
aft tat,i went with her to see the consultant tgt.
it was quite fun and interesting hearing what the doc said about food and diet.
i oso learn that one coke has 7 spoon of sugar!!!
and tat included bbt and many other sweet drink too.
the lady oso showed us how to calculate how many spoon of sugar inside soft drink.
aft leaving,ahma and me headed for bugis.
cos i wanna go there to buy bag ..
but sadded,cos the shop nvr open! and we waited and waited.
we oso went to shaw tower to eat subway ;D
both of us ate the same thing : turkey breast!
hahaha.it was damn quiet and peaceful while we were eating sia
after which,we went to bugis junction and took neoprint tgt ;D
it was damn fun and it was oso the first time ahma took neoprint!
i was so "rong xin" to be the first one to take with her sia! haha
thn,we headed to bugis to shop.
ahma bought a wallet and i spotted some nice clothes.
but sad to say,im not in need of clothe now.so maybe saving up and buy nex time.
time flies and it was 1pm le and so,we head-ed home sweet home ;D
